Meet Sarah

Namaskaram my name is Sarah. My passion is to share these ancient and scientific techniques to empower people to return to health.

In daily life with all its stressors, we are not taught how to navigate life with ease. Once you have mastered these techniques, they will transform the very quality of your life. I have witnessed how yoga has the possibility to alleviate all kinds of chronic conditions whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

After 20 years in corporate high stress environments, I decided to follow my heart and made the shift into a yogic lifestyle. I have been a student of yoga since 2005 and have had the great privilege to study with many wonderful teachers and masters. I studied Iyengar Yoga for two years. Then in 2009 I attended Wellpark College of Natural Therapies and immersed myself in a two-year full-time yoga therapy diploma. This was life changing.

My mission is to teach people to relax. I have been a massage therapist since 2001 and a Reiki practitioner since 2008. Allow me to serve as your guide using these ancient technologies and philosophies. Let’s walk together on the path of transformation and healing. YOU are the key to your health.
